- Specially designed curriculum based on the needs and interests of our teen participants
- Three trips throughout the summer
- One overnight experience at camp or at Sid Jacobson JCC
- Junior Internship Program (Entering Grade: 11)
- Great mix of hands-on work experience and professionally-led leadership development program
- Open to graduating CIT participants from CJRH exclusively until 12/31/2010; Open to the community starting in 2012
