Work at Camp

A chance to build two sets of skills:
Skills for your campers, skills for yourself.

We have always dedicated ourselves to nurturing and educating our campers.

We feel the same way about our staff.

We want you to become better people while you help make our campers better people.

Your Orientation

One brief glance at our pre-camp Orientation schedule will show you how we care:

3  days for counselors – 3 days for group leaders and specialists

  • Dealing with a variety of camper situations
  • Equipment usage and safety
  • Sexual harassment training
  • Verbal abuse training
  • Use of an epi pen
  • CPR
  • First aid and rescue

The skills of supervision and group dynamics that we share with you and that you then share with campers will serve you well in your career and throughout your lifetime.  And, seriously, it all happens right here at camp.
